Non-Refundable Situations

2. Impact on Referral Rewards

Our referral program is designed to reward genuine sharing and course enrollments. However, to prevent abuse and ensure fairness:

  • If a course purchase is refunded, any referral commission associated with that transaction will be reversed.

  • If the commission was already paid, the amount will be deducted from the future earnings of the referrer.

  • Users found misusing the referral system (e.g., self-referrals, fraudulent enrollments) will be disqualified from the referral program, and access to the LMS may be restricted.


3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email us at support@smmultiglobal.com with the following:

  • Your full name and registered email address

  • Course title

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for requesting the refund

  • Order ID or payment reference number

Our team will review your request within 5–7 business days.


4. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Any processing or transaction fees may be deducted from the total refunded amount.


5. Course Cancellation by SMM Global

If SMM Global cancels a course or discontinues access due to technical or operational reasons:

  • A full refund will be issued to the enrolled users.

  • Any referral commissions earned from such transactions will also be reversed.
